Super Heroes
Super Hero movies have become really popular these days with all of the comic books being made into movies and making new superheroes like Hancock or like Iron Man. The series Heroes seems to be very popular too. I was wondering why these superheroes are so popular because I would think that they’re obviously not possible and it’s actually kind of childish (?) or anyway. But I think that without really even knowing it, everyone kind of dreams about flying or having supernatural powers. I know sometimes I imagine what I would do if I had a certain supernatural power, or I wished I had certain supernatural powers at certain situations. I think this is what attracts the audiences of these superheroes. Watching other people in the movie have these powers and do great deeds with the powers sort of satisfies the viewer’s desires in some way.
